A New Phase

November 23, 2021 by Kelly Bezjak

Hello!

It has been quite a long time since I have posted. I wanted to say hello to everyone after a very long while of being away.

It’s taken a very long time for me to sort out some things, to decide who I really am, and to know what’s most important to me.

I will have a very exciting new offering coming up in the upcoming months. In the meantime, continue searching your path, and keep meditating!

All the best!

Yes to: Fun!

January 3, 2017 by Kelly Bezjak

This is my Yes year – after reading the book Year of Yes, I found something curious.

My resistance to myself has been melting away. By saying Yes to me, to life – my energy is flowing more strongly and certainly than ever before.

Did messy, complicated, strange things come up? For sure. Emotions I’ve held a lid on for years are presenting to be released.

And I release them. And as I do, guess what else gets to come out?

Fun.

What a great word!

How much do we actively give attention to fun things in our lives? Sure, we dream and wish – but actually make concrete, grounded plans?

That was a bit of a new thing for me. I am a driven, motivated self-starter. Serious, even. And I love that part of myself – it is a source of strength, wisdom and perseverance.

But sometimes, not fun.

So having a breath, a breeze of fun things blow through – was amazing. Life giving, even.

Is it unnerving to sit still with all the messiness and be present to witness it and release it? Yes. It takes courage.

But with that courage, that fortitude, I am more alive and strong and whole than I have ever been.

I am less depressed than I have ever been.

I am more solution-oriented than I have ever been.

And – I am enjoying myself. My life.

What a sweet deal!

I invite you to take a deep breath and ground your body – and start to become aware of the things that are releasing. Allow them to pass through. Be present with your pain, your anger, your helplessness, your rage.

Amazingly, none of that lasts forever. You can make it through. It’s not nearly as tough as holding all of that down inside yourself. And when you have let go of all of that emotional energy, you become wiser. Lighter. Clearer. More buoyant.

More fun. More of who you really are.

And that’s the point, dear one.

Blessings,
Kelly

Yes To: Your Voice

December 13, 2016 by Kelly Bezjak

This year I am sharing a look into what it means to say YES to life.

To understand where I am coming from, grab the book Year Of Yes by Shonda Rhimes. It’s a great, short read, and will help you set the stage for figuring out what YOUR year will be about.

I decided this year is about stepping across the threshold and actually DOING all the things I have wanted to do. And belive me, there are tons of little mental and energy blocks I have – and I bet you do too.

Guess what is the first block that came up?

Not saying my truth. Not using my voice.

I get really frustrated when I feel I have to sit by and watch stuff happen that just isn’t in my plan. Or if I feel I’m not being heard – or even bein misused.

It’s tough speaking up sometimes. What if we’re wrong? What if it doesn’t work out? Isn’t it better to sit quietly so as not to risk failure?

NO. It’s not better.

Part of the reason we get so frustrated, is that we feel there is no alternative to either passively allowing everything to happen, or raging when it happens.

There is another way. Learning to speak up – to have the hard conversations.

It means we get to risk being seen. And that’s a big one – taking a stand, having needs, asking for what’s equal and fair.

But let’s be real.

If we stand up – if we say the truth – gently and with compassion and truth of course – and someone walks out of our life?

That’s a blessing. That is life self-selecting for us. That is us aligning with our path and getting it.

And the confrontations? The fear of being challenged, of being rejected, of pain – all paper tigers. You have been through SO much worse, by suffering in silence. Trust me, dear one, you can handle a little emotion. In fact, when you get through it, you’ll wonder why you suffered in silence so long.

You’ll start to instinctively feel those opportunities to expand, to engage, to speak. You’ll know what it feels like to have an opportunity to align with your flow, and you’ll remember how great it felt to actually do it. The sense of relief of removing an energy block, and allowing your own energy to run in its place.

It’s an amazing thing.

So, I invite you in your grounding meditations this week, to let go of any concepts of fear about speaking, about using your own voice, on your own behalf. When the opportunity comes (and it will, and you will feel it) – SPEAK. Leap off the cliff and trust that when you land on the other side of the gap, you’ll be a changed person.

You will be.

Happy Reading!

Word of the Year – YES!

December 6, 2016 by Kelly Bezjak

As we turn to 2017, it’s natural to start setting the tone for the year. For me personally, this has been a season of introspection and integration – of amazing growth and transformation, for sure – but also time to pause and reflect on what it is that the new year is going to bring for me.

I was guided by my coach and mentor Amy in this time of pause, to read the book Year of Yes – and it has been powerfully transformative.

So much so, that YES is my new word of the year.

Yes – to me. To the wholeness that I am. Yes to my growth. Yes to all the things I’ve wanted to do for years, and have not done for one reason or another.

Maybe you’re there too – on the edge of a precipice, attempting to summon the faith it takes to leap into the unknown.

Now is the time. This is the year for YOU. For your growth, happiness, expansion, healing – everything.

Together, we can explore what opening to ourselves means. So – for the next year, I’ll be embarking on a blogging journey, explore what it means to grow into wholeness and to integrate ourselves into a whole being.

I invite you to buy Year Of Yes. I invite you to go within yourself over the next several days and ask – what is your natural next step for the year? Play with phrases and energies. Are you wanting to allow in nurturing? Or maybe courage is your next step. There’s so many wonderful paths forward, and you know deep within, what’s right for you.

Join me weekly on Sunday evenings on Periscope, and I will explore what the YES journey means.

Stay tuned, explorer!

How Planning Can Free You To Be You

August 17, 2016 by Kelly Bezjak

We all want to be free to be who we really are.

Especially if you, like me, are sensitive. Spiritual. Psychic, even. And if you’re reading this, you’re most certainly a sensitive soul also.

Congratulations!!! Your gifts are needed desperately. Your vision, your heart, your gentility.

But here’s the deal – it’s often very hard to be a soft soul, in this world.

I know firsthand.

I worked in a very strict, mind-oriented, unforgiving field for many many years. I helped to build and fly robotic spacecraft.

Yes – me. Sensitive, goofy me.

I struggled for many years with how to reconcile my innermost self, with the persona I had to present daily in order to ‘make it’ in the real world.

I had bills to pay. A family. Goals. And how was I going to achieve all I wanted, strictly by being a psychic?

I hid myself for years and years, to fit in, to try to belong, to hold it all together.

It worked – for a while. But we can never really run from who we are, and as it turned out, that harsh work environment was one of the most precious gifts I have ever gotten.

Because of that experience, because of all the hard times, I had to dig in, turn within, and figure out a way to really be me. And I learned how to develop systems and routines that – counterintuitively – actually supported me and freed me to be myself.

I learned psychic tools to help me survive all of the emotional pain. Tools to help me get where I wanted to go. And for the first time, I was able to decide for myself what my mission in life would be.

Because of the systems I’ve learned and developed, I’ve been happier, more fulfilled, and more content than I have ever been in my life. I am living the life of my dreams, as a professional psychic, and I am helping other sensitive and psychic souls create systems that enable them to really thrive in the real world. Not just survive – but really be all you’re meant to be.

I really believe that structure frees you to be you. Applied properly, it is supportive and nurturing – and takes a bewildering set of external circumstances and creates order and harmony. A plan. A journey. A Life Journey.

I invite you to enter whatever meditation practice you currently have, and contemplate structure and order. And when you’re ready to start learning the tools that helped me, and that I know can help you, I’m here for you.

Many blessings,
Kelly
